• 57 North Jersey Veterans Presented With Service Medals in Paramus (tapinto.net) — Paramus residents just hosted a major recognition ceremony at the Paramus Veterans Memorial Home, where 57 North Jersey veterans received New Jersey State Service Medals for their service. Local, county, state, and federal officials attended, and Paramus resident Librado Lombana was among those honored for his Army engineering work overseas in the 1960s.
   

• The Valley Hospital Offers Advanced Testing for Unexplained Chest Pain (tapinto.net) — Residents who still struggle with chest pain despite normal heart tests can now access advanced invasive coronary function testing at The Valley Hospital in Paramus. The new procedure helps diagnose angina with non-obstructive coronary arteries and tailors treatment, especially for women and younger patients. Talk with your cardiologist if persistent symptoms are affecting you.
   

• North Jersey Male Athlete of the Week stepping into the spotlight (northjersey.com) — North Jersey football fans may recall Paramus Catholic being part of running back Ca'Si Thomas's early varsity journey, as his first North Jersey game was a one-point loss there. Now starring at Don Bosco Prep, Thomas just exploded for four touchdowns and 270 yards, earning North Jersey Male Athlete of the Week honors.
