Two Bergen Community College Students Hospitalized After Chemical Incident
The students accidentally inhaled a small amount of vapor from a biology experiment

Two Bergen Community College students accidentally inhaled a small amount of vapor from an experiment in Biology 101 at the school's Pitkin Education Center on Tuesday.
BCC spokesperson Angela Harrington said the classroom was evacuated for a short amount of time, and that the two students were sent to the hospital. She said their condition is not life-threatening and that the matter remains under investigation.
"The incident was just confined to that class," Harrington said.

According to Harrington, the vapor was emitted from a chemical re-agent called Diphenylamine.
