Bergen County Academies Hosts BCA Flash Event

Bergen County Academies hosted their first BCA Flash event this weekend. Academy students presented classes and workshops in a variety of topics from Culinary Arts and Coding to Robotics. This event offered an opportunity for over 150 middle school students to learn for the joy of learning, from Academy students who are passionate about their subject matter.

Students spent the day at the Bergen County Academies, meeting others from around the county, taking part in several courses and having a pizza lunch with new friends. Bergen County Academies teachers supervised this student-driven event, which from all accounts was a great success. Academy student teachers as well as their middle school students had a great time together.
