After Rosemary Marchetto’s beloved Bijou, died at the groomers she took action and now Bijou’s Law-Pet Grooming Licensing Act #S2514 has passed in the NJ state Assembly and is awaiting a vote in the NJ state Senate. Dog Grooming is an $8 billion UNLICENSED & UNREGULATED buyer beware industry in the US.

That’s right your dog groomer isn’t licensed but your dog has to be licensed!!!

Bijou’s Law has garnered over 125k signatures on Bijousbill.com and is supported by the NJ Pet Grooming Alliance, A.K.C., and United Paws of California.
