The Board of Adjustment meets Thursday night to hear plans to bring Chuck E. Cheese back to Paramus.
CEC Entertainment, the owners of Chuck E. Cheese, hopes to build a 17,000 square foot arcade and restaurant in the Mall at IV.
The proposed plan requires relief from the Borough's sign ordinance, which only allows four colors per sign. Neighbors were also concerned about planned signage, saying they could see existing signs at the property from their houses.
