Burglary Reported, Paramus Police Urge Residents To Be Cautious

PARAMUS, N.J. — Police are urging residents to be remain cautious after a home was burglarized on the west side of town near Birchwood Road.

There is no description of the person or people involved, police said.

Residents can assist police by:

• Reporting any suspicious vehicles or people to the police at 201-262-3400.
• Watch neighbors' homes
• Lock windows and doors, keep lights on, and do not let mail pile up when not home.
• Don't store valuables in your bedroom.
