Experience the magic of music and movement as the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra’s 91st season commences under the baton of Maestro Yoon Sang Timothy Cho on Saturday, November 7, at 8 pm at the Syriac Community Hall, 55 W. Midland Ave, Paramus, NJ.

The Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra is delighted to welcome professional dancers Nikki and Jaime Azcona of Fred Astaire Dance Studios and others to Gallery of Dances, an exciting concert celebrating the passion, elegance and energy of music through dance. These accomplished dancers will bring beloved dance-inspired classics to life, blending the artistry of orchestral music with the excitement and beauty of movement. Feel the rhythm, embrace the excitement from fiery rhythms of Brahms’ Hungarian Dances Nos. 5 & 6, Ponchielli’s Dance of the Hours, Strauss’ The Blue Danube Waltz and much more.

Nikki and Jaime Azcona each have more than 17 years of dance experience spanning jazz, salsa, musical theater, hip-hop, and other styles. Nikki discovered her passion for ballroom dancing during her college years. Jaime began his dance training at the age of seven, developing his expertise in a wide range of ballroom styles. They both became certified professional instructors at Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Montville, New Jersey. Through the years, they have also achieved Rising Star finalist placements at multiple competitions. Today, Nikki is the Studio Manager and a Professional Dance instructor, while Jaime serves as Dance Director and Professional Dance Instructor at Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Oradell, New Jersey.
