Savor & Sound

Some evenings ask you to do more.

This one invites you to pause, receive and enjoy.

On Thursday, November 12, Aloha Health and Wellness and Toastique Ridgewood are coming together for Savor & Sound—a special after-hours evening combining vibrational sound healing with a curated Toastique tasting experience.

We will begin with time to arrive, settle in and sample a selection of Toastique favorites.

Then I will guide you through an immersive sound healing experience with crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments.

No previous sound-healing or meditation experience is needed.

Just come as you are.
