In an effort to improve your donation experience, we are pleased to introduce DonorExpress – your online donor health history questionnaire! You now have the opportunity to complete your health history questionnaire in the privacy of your home, school or office on the same day of your donation.

By clicking on the DonorExpress button, at the top of our website, you will gain access to step by step instructions on how to complete your questionnaire. DonorExpress will help you start the process even before leaving for the blood drive or donor center!
