NorthJersey.com reports that former state Sen. Joseph Coniglio is expected to be freed from prison today.
Coniglio was sent to a federal prison camp in Pennyslvania for accepting bribes from Hackensack University Medical Center. Coniglio's attorney said the Paramus resident will be free on bail while authorities work out his release to home confinement.
