Paramus, NJ – CrossFit The Rack will host a 24 hour Row-a-Thon weekend to raise money for the Lone Survivor Foundation. The event will take place Friday June 27 through Saturday June 28 at CrossFit The Rack located at 49 East Midland Ave.
The Lone Survivor Foundation attempts to restore, empower, and renew hope for wounded service members and their families through health, wellness, and therapeutic support. The transition to post-military life, especially after being wounded, will often cause difficulty for the service member and his or her family. The Lone Survivor Foundation helps America's wounded service members and their families adjust to the effects of their experiences by providing an understanding and acceptance of who they are as a person, a family, and a community.
This year, CrossFit The Rack has teamed up with Concept2, 3FU3L, and Athletes Cell to sponsor the event.
