Expect Closures On Farview Avenue Due To Roadwork

UPDATE: Farview Avenue is closed between Midland And Haase avenue for the majority of the day for road work.

PARAMUS, NJ — The two week-long Farview Avenue repaving project has begun.

Work will begin at Farview Avenue at Midland Avenue and proceed south. Once at Passaic Street, work will go north.

There is a decent chance Farview Avenue will be closed in both directions while work is done on a particular section, said Paramus Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg. Detours will be set up as needed.

Motorists should expect delays in the area and plan for extra time when traveling near the area.

Paramus Police will provide updates on the project, including road closures, via Nixle alerts and on the department's Facebook page.
