Food Network's Alex Guarnaschelli To Appear At Garden State Plaza

PARAMUS, NJ — Food Network star chef Alex Guarnaschelli will host a meet-and-greet at Bergen Eats, a new pop-up food area, at Garden State Plaza Thursday.

Bergen Eats will feature 11 vendors specializing in a variety of foods. Vendors will showcase some of their favorite, and new recipes, there.

Guarnaschelli's book signing is Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m.

Blake Hoton, an extreme eater and blogger from Paramus, will cook a 5,000-calorie meal Saturday at 8 p.m.

Daily cooking demonstrations will be Dec. 14 through 16 and Dec. 21 through 23.
