
The owners of Bergen Town Center are scheduled to present three applications to the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Thursday, including amendments to a previously approved plan to build a gym and restaurant at a former movie theater on Route 4.
Developer Vornado in June for the signage on a planned 24-Hour Fitness at the former Cineplex Odeon. The plans for the building include a pool and a restaurant, neither of which are permitted at the location.
Vornado also plans a 2,043 square-foot addition to the REI building. In addition, the developer will ask the Board to approve a "Century 21" sign on the south side of the mall.
