Kinnelon Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Girl In Bergen
Joseph Difalco, 67, is due to appear at a detention hearing Friday.

PARAMUS, NJ — A Kinnelon man was charged with sexual assaulting a girl after authorities conducted an investigation recently.
Joseph Difalco, 67, was charged with second-degree sexual assault by sexual contact and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, said Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir Grewal.
The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office received information Thursday at Difalco had inappropriate sexaul contact with a girl and the office's Special Victims Unit, along with the Norwood Police Department, investigated, Grewal said.

Difalco was arrested Monday in Paramus, the prosecutor said. He appeared in Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court Tuesday and was remanded to the Bergen County pending a detention hearing scheduled for Friday.
