Frank A. Scibetta Jr., a substitute teacher for the Paramus Board of Education for nearly 20 years, died Wednesday. The Paramus resident was 71.
Scibetta was a member of the Restored Rusty Relics club and served in the United States National Guard.
He is survived by his daughter, Jodie Kamvousolis.
