Man In Route 17 Wreck Charged With Driving Under The Influence
Andrew Ishak, 28, was still in critical condition Tuesday, police said.

PARAMUS, N.J. — The man who police pulled out of mangled SUV on Route 17 Sunday has been charged with driving under the influence, police said.
Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg said Andrew Ishak, 28, remained in critical condition at Hackensack University Medical Center Tuesday.
Witnesses said Ishak "had difficulties" staying in one lane of traffic before the 2002 Toytoa Land Cruiser SUV he was giving hit the divider, crossed four lanes of traffic, rolled over, and wrapped around a utility pole, Ehrenberg previously said.
