Cise Takes Plea Deal in Morris So Homicide Trial Can Begin
The man accused of running down and killing Paramus' Gabrielle Reuveni will now be expedited to Pennsylvania so the homicide trial can begin.

A Dover man took a plea bargain Monday for various charges in Morris County that will allow him to be expedited to Pennsylvania and stand trial for killing a 20-year-old Gabrielle Reuveni of woman with his vehicle, according to an nj.com report.
By taking the plea deals, Philip Cise, 48, will be sentenced to time already served awaiting trial, and allow Morris County to transfer him to a jail in Pennsylvania to begin his trial there, the report said.
Philip Cise was accused of demanding free food at a Rockaway McDonald’s drive-thru on July 2, 2010, and allegedly wielding an axe at another female customer. He pled guilty Monday to a single count of unlawful possession of a weapon, the report said.
