New County EMS Group Will Help Coordinate Responses To Large-Scale Incidents

PARAMUS, N.J. — The formation of a new Emergency Medical Services Special Operation Group will be announced Monday, county officials said Friday.
The group will provide specialized EMS resources and highly trained, well-equipped personnel to help coordinate responses to large-scale incidents and emergencies.
The group, which will have several members, will operate as a joint venture between the county Office of Emergency Management and the county Emergency Medical Services Training Center.
