Paramus Catholic Mourns Sudden Death Of Alumnus, 28

PARAMUS, N.J. — Paramus Catholic High School is mourning the death of one of its alumni.

Kevin Thomas Newman, 28, died "suddenly" Thursday, the school said.

"We extend our thoughts and prayers to his entire family, including his Paramus Catholic alumni and current student siblings, Juliana, Elizabeth, and Victoria," the school said in a statement Friday. "May God rest his soul in peace."

Visitation will be at Browning Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Ave., in Hawthorne from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday.

A funeral Mass will be at St. Anthony's Church in Hawthorne at 9:30 a.m. Sunday.
