Paramus Man Sent Vulgar And Offensive Material To Family, Police: Report

A Paramus man who allegedly sent “vulgar and offensive material” to three family members and the Paramus and Rutherford police has been charged with stalking.
Thomas J. Caci allegedly sent the material beginning in September 2014, Cliffviewpilot.com reported.
Rutherford police Capt. Patrick Feliciano told the website that Caci posted $2,500 bail and was released after he was charged with cyberstalking and stalking.
