The Generic County/Town Form will be the supplemental signature page for all County and Local Offices including County Committee. This is the only acceptable form for electronic signature.
Completed petitions will be accepted by email, fax, regular mail, and by drop-off. If you chose to deliver in person, please contact me to arrange an appointment. 201-265-2100 ext 2200 or
