Preschoolers Spread Holiday Spirit at Assisted Living Facility
Paramus preschoolers learning to give back and brighten up the holidays for seniors in the local community

Children from The Learning Experience in Paramus recently joined the Paramus Public Library for a holiday storytime event at Harmony Village at CareOne Paramus.
The event featured holiday readings for the seniors and preschoolers, as well as hot cocoa, games, and a special appearance by Santa.
The local community event was part of The Learning Experience's commitment to teaching children lifelong lessons, such as philanthropy, through its curriculum.

The philanthropy curriculum introduces children to a pair of fun-loving characters, Grace the Greyhound and Charity Chihuahua, who teach them the value and application of giving back and helping others in class, at home, and in their communities. Monthly fundraising and local community events are also held to help children understand what it means to give, share, and donate.
