Richard 'Dick' Sharry, 86, Former Cresskill High School Football Coach
Sharry was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

PARAMUS, N.J. — Richard "Dick" Sharry, 86, died Jan. 13.
Before retiring, he was a math teacher and football coach at Cresskill High School.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

His artistry was reflected in his stained glass, pen-and-ink drawings and homemade furniture.
He was predeceased by his sister Dorothy.

He is survived by his wife, Susan; children Jill, and her husband Tom, Jana Kilduff, and her husband Tommy, Rick, and his wife Kari, and Amy Coyle, and her husband Rob; grandchildren Brian, James, Patrick, Johnny, Jack, Liam and Brielle.
Visitation will be Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Fairview Ave., Paramus. A funeral service will be Friday at 12:30 p.m. at Vander Plaat Memorial Home.
Inurnment will be at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
