Safety Officer Charged With Stealing $2K Computer From Bergen College
Paterson man was charged with burglary and theft.

PARAMUS, NJ - A public safety officer was charged with burglary and theft after he allegedly stole a computer from Bergen Community College, Bergen County Sheriff Michael Saudino said.
Joquann M. Montgomery, 30, of Paterson, allegedly, and unlawfully, entered a room Thursday and removed a computer worth about $1,900, Saudino said.
Montgomery was charged with third-degree burglary and theft and released pending arraignment in court. He has worked for the college for about three years, Saudino said.
