Seafood Restaurant Plans Makeover

Also on the docket: and Lazurit Furniture, whose owners seek approval for new signage on their properties.

Bergen Jaguar needs a number of variances for the two pylon signs and four wall signs it wants. Only one of each sign type is permitted, and the proposed signs have six colors, while Paramus permits only four.

Lazurit Furniture's proposed sign is more than a foot taller than the Borough allows.

The Planning Board meets at 7 p.m. in Borough Hall.
