Venture Sports Carnival

This event, benefiting Camp Venture, showcases vendors in the sports training and
instruction marketplace who will offer 10-15 minute training-sessions in various
sports, including: baseball, softball, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, and football. You can
purchase a one-price wristband or individual session tickets which are used for a
mini-session from the vendor of your choice. Duck in out of the cold for a day and
spend a few hours receiving sports instruction, watching various sports
demonstrations, and learning about sports camps and other programs. Instructors
include current Rockland County Varsity High School coaches, local sports trainers,
and sports camp directors. Note: participants should wear sneakers and bring their
bats, mitts, or LAX sticks as appropriate, but please do not bring soccer balls,
basketballs, baseballs, or softballs - those will be provided by the instructors.
