That's what everyone is wondering about Gov. Chris Christie's plans for the highest office in the land.
Last week, those questions were stoked as the governor made a nationwide tour during which he was frequently asked to run. Recent polls show Christie would begin a race against President Barack Obama in a virtual tie.

The poll doesn't take into account the increased scrutiny Christie would face if he ran, however. There are many who don't want the governor to run, including declared presidential candidates like Herman Cain.
Cain believes conservatives will turn on Christie once they learn his views on global warming, illegal immigration and gun control.

Voters from his home state will get their chance to tell Christie what they think of him, and perhaps his plans for the presidency on Nov. 8. Though he's not on the ballot, the lawmakers who helped him carry out his agenda will be.
