What Should Happen at the Zabriskie Tenant House?

Last week the Planning Board heard that basically said the Zabriskie Tenant House, supposedly once part of a free slave community on Dunkerhook Road, wasn't worth saving. A developer wants to tear it down, and aside from its historic status, there is seemingly little to stand in their way. The problem with saving the house is that no one, including the municipal government, has come up with the money to restore or move it. What do you think should happen to the Zabriskie Tenant House? What are your ideas for saving it?
