The alleged victim works for the woman who reportedly bit her, police said.

PARAMUS, N.J. — Police responded to Miller's Ale House late Saturday night and discovered that one woman bit part of another's ear off during a fight.
Police responded to the bar at 11:10 p.m. on a report of an intoxicated person and found two women, one of whom worked for the other, said Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg.
The women fought and the employee had part of her earlobe bitten off by the other woman, who was "heavily intoxicated," Ehrenberg said.
