The changes end a month that saw the district’s new superintendent begin his duties on July 1. Scott Rixford was hired as the district’s chief in March.
“We could not be more pleased that Dr. Gigante and Mr. Corso were recommended by Superintendent Rixford to serve in their respective leadership positions,” the Parsippany-Troy Hills Board of Education said in a joint statement. “They are both accomplished educators, and each one possesses an impressive track record for obtaining the highest levels of student achievement.”
