$30K Scratch Off Lottery Ticket Sold In Parsippany

PARSIPPANY, NJ— A stop at a Parsippany gas station turned into a major windfall for one lottery player, after they bought a scratch off ticket worth huge bucks.
A scratch off ticket worth a whopping $30,000 was sold at Parsippany Gulf (400 Route 46) this past month, state lottery officials said. It was the only big prize ticket sold in the county in March, according to officials.
Lottery players won more than $110.2 million playing instant games across the state during March. The largest prize was $5,00 a month for life (with a current cash value of $1.275 million), sold to truck driver Robert T. in Union County.
