ROCKAWAY, NJ — An Aflac insurance producer from Morris County created fictitious policies to reap additional commissions, according to the Office of Attorney General. Justin Radulovich was indicted Friday with second-degree insurance fraud and third-degree theft by deception, officials announced Thursday.

While working with Aflac, the Rockaway man established nine group accounts and falsified dozens of electronic-policy applications for supplemental insurance coverage on behalf of fictitious individuals, according to authorities. In doing so from March to July 2018, Radulovich created the false impression that he was entitled to commission payments for enrolling customers into supplemental insurance policies, according to the Office of Attorney General.
