Allied Wealth Partners Special Needs Seminar Series Continues

The firm's special needs seminar series continues on October 22nd with a seminar covering Individual Education Programs (IEPs)

The Allied Wealth Partners Special Needs Division was established to serve unique estate planning and financial considerations of families with special needs. We are proud to announce we will be hosting a monthly “Special Needs” Seminar Series, free to the public.

WHO: Julie Warshaw, Esq. of the Warshaw Law Firm, LLC. Mrs. Warshaw has been in practice for 22 years and her client-centered firm focuses on special education law, guardianships and special education mediation and litigation.

WHAT: The dos and don’ts of Individualized Education Program (IEPs). Mrs. Warshaw will discuss what every special needs parent needs to know about your rights as a parent, the educational rights of your children, the difference between an IEP and a Section 504 Plan as well as recent changes in the law. Please come prepared with any questions, comments, concerns that you have about education rights, 504 plans, and IEPs!
