Convention in Atlantic City, NJ.

Awards bestowed upon Coldwell Banker New Homes included Best Marketing Strategy for an Attached Community and Best Attached Home over $350,000, both for the sold out Heights at Tenafly by Mark-Built Homes. The firm also walked away with Best Color Ad for an Associate Member for its Spring Fling ad.

More than 27sales associates were also honored with Million Dollar Club designations for new homes sales achievement in excess of $112 million.
