The crash happened around 3:37 p.m. east of Exit 28 - CR 631/US 46, near Roxbury Township, according to the state's traffic monitoring alert system. Two of the three left lanes have been closed, causing a 20-minute traffic delay in the surrounding areas, according to 511 NJ.
