SEMINAR: Myths & Misconceptions about Divorce In NJ

The Parsippany Troy Hills Library will be sponsoring a free two part seminar on Divorce entitled:  Myths and Misconception about Divorce in New Jersey:  What You Want to Know, What You Need To Know at the Main Library branch on Halsey Road.  

On Saturday April 21st and Saturday April 28th, beginning at 10:00 am on both days, Mark Wechsler, Esq., a partner in the law firm of Einhorn Harris Ascher Barbarito & Frost, PC will be providing audiences with information about the various aspects of divorce which are commonly misconstrued.  For example, some people believe that the assets in a divorce are automatically distributed equally (50%-50%0, or that infidelity impacts equitable distribution or alimony issues.  In New Jersey, this is not the case. These are only two of the myths and misconceptions that many people may have about divorce or custody arrangements.   Mr. Wechsler will attempt to dispel many other the myths and misconceptions that the audience may have about divorce in New Jersey.
