The Parsippany-Troy Hills Public Library is offering a 2-week miniseries designed to assist non-native English speaking children to prepare for pre-school and kindergarten by developing regular reading routines, engaging with music, songs and books in a fun, learning environment, and developing social skills in an age-appropriate environment.
