Family Martial Arts Center participates in annual Relay For Life Event

Family Martial Arts Center LLC of Parsippany along with other American Budo Kai karate school, Randolph Martial Arts Academy recently participated in the annual American Cancer Society Relay For Life event held on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the County College of Morris. This was Family Martial Arts Center's third consecutive year participating in the event.

Over thirty karate students from the two schools performed a karate demonstration at the event, which was well received by the audience. The students demonstrated various techniques, as well as performing a few self-defense routines, and then finished with a board breaking practice. Before and after the demonstration, many students as well as their family members participated in the relay walk to support cancer survivors and non-survivors.
