Fire Hazard: Michael's Recalling Himalayan Salt Lamps

The arts and crafts chain has four Morris County locations.

PARSIPPANY, NJ— Michael's has issued a recall of Himalayan salt lamps sold in their stores due to a fire hazard.

The pink lamps can spark, shocking users and starting fires, the recall notice said. Three different Lumiere brand lamps are being recalled:

Customers can take their lamps back to any Michael's store for a full refund.

Michael's has four locations in Morris County: Rockaway, Flanders, East Hanover, Parsippany. You can see all of their New Jersey locations here.
