Support local Girl Scout and Central Middle School Student, Rebecca Voto, by heading to the Main Parsippany Library on Halsey Road this Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm.

Having a parent in the health care profession combined with a family member who has strong food allergies, Rebecca has both a studied view, as well as a personal understanding of the impact allergies have. She will talk about food allergies (signs and symptoms) and have samples of food that are free of the top eight food allergens. She will provide info on epi pen usage and epinephrine dosages.

Rebecca is striving to achieve the Girl Scout Silver Award, the second highest award within the Girl Scouts, and the highest award that a Girl Scout Cadette can earn by providing a free educational Allergy Awareness Seminar.
