Joe Tamburo Appointed Branch Vice President Of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Morris Plains/Parsippany

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. (April 11, 2016) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County N.Y., is pleased to announce that Joseph Tamburo has been appointed branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Morris Plains/Parsippany office. Tamburo will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 35 affiliated sales associates serving communities in the Morris County area.

“Last fall, Joe became affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Hoboken when he and his agency, Gotham Realty, became a part of the company,” noted Maxwell. “Joe brings 30 years of invaluable experience to the branch vice president position in the Morris Plains/Parsippany office.”

Tamburo began his sales career with Weichert Realtors in 1986. Three years later, Weichert promoted him to regional manager for New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York. He attained his broker’s license in 1993 and opened the company’s first Hudson County location. Simultaneously, he began winning awards for his successful management of offices in Hoboken and Jersey City. In 2007, Tamburo branched out on his own and opened Gotham Realty. He is currently the president of Hudson County Multiple Listing Service, a position he has held on four different occasions, as well as a National Association of Realtors board member. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Real Estate Management.
