Lack of Concern for Ordinance Enforcements by Town Departments
America is not longer a melting pot but a boiling pot where each has a bubble in the pot, a pot that boils but never melts. No Common
We have complaisance instead of compliance; therefore no pride in Parsippany.
Too many mickles make a muckle; means little things build up. This situation of lack of concern for ordinance enforcements is not one of environment but social morals.
When we create a tool, it transforms the way we work; if we create a law, it changes the way we relate to one another. Laws; ordinances are both tools and a dynamic within how a community should conduct itself. Parsippany and I’m sure many other towns are complaisant in excepting a status quo of low standards in enforcement of sanitation and housing obligations. A mutual agreement among municipal peers believe no need exists for improvements and that known ongoing violators may continue to practice noncompliance in solid waste separation or recycling and in property maintenance. Community commons like sidewalks, gutters and storm drains continue to be polluted and unattended.

Our Municipal Ordinances stand sufficient to allow authorities to react and follow through on compliance up to fines and penalties. However an apathetic complacency of excuses as infected the workforce and especially the supervisory element.
213-19 Responsibility of owner, tenant or occupant and operator for exterior of premises. The language is plain and easy to understand. Other language in the Chapter 213 also implies the right and ability to enforce poor practices in housing. Littering; well; we all know; (don’t we) we shouldn’t litter; but Chapter 238 cover that.

This whole planet right now is being saturated with plastic debris. Our corporate media play this down, as the corporations that produce these produces wish to evade and pass off responsibility to others. The culture of freedom involving mass consumption of convenience products, many a form of “chronic overdesign” is allowed to increase and accumulate. The streets remain upswept, filled with debris and every rainstorm or melting snows delivers this filth into our waterways. Dirty streets make dirty rivers.
Parsippany operates as if their own ordinances have no validity, the private property excuse, or the particular people are from a different culture, or just plain we can’t just give fines to people who don’t comply, despite the fact they never do. Another excuse is that Morris County has one of the best recycling programs compared to others, which reveals the laxity in overall enforcement and does not address the fact of those whom do not comply with the Law.
The Supreme Court of New Jersey has referred to the disposition of solid waste as an issue of "crisis proportions"1 and "one of this state's most severe problems.
(Plastic now pollutes and invests every corner of the earth, yet plastic production is increasing)(Corporations are people)
We have our own ordinances, a self-professed pride in Parsippany, mandatory state recycling laws since April 1987, and other legislation like Clean water Act. What we don’t have is a desire to do the job, why because it may interfere with private business or political interest. Such laws are initially based on corrective measures first; only when blatant nonconformance is encountered do fines begin, so these laws are very enforceable and fair.
America is not longer a melting pot but a boiling pot where each has a bubble in the pot, a pot that boils but never melts. There is no sense of a common, or even mutual recognition for what is right before their eyes. Private property has ended community. We all have interest and various beliefs but no common, not even sharing an environment. We expect others to mind their own business and taxes to compensate for what should be the normal behavior in a clean community.
We have become the S__hole nation, but we are blinded by apathy, propaganda, and self-centeredness. We have no respect for life only money and pretending we are an exceptional people. Where is the evidence?
Social Morality is a moral philosophy, which states: we live in a global-society with all of us being connected; none of us live in isolation. We have an effect on others, and others have an effect on us.
The same nation that put a man on the moon cannot even take out the garbage or clean their streets. Convenience and corporate freedom of irresponsibility has ruined the nation. Without conscience discipline and sense of purpose and importance in a municipal workforce and town residents, we are not a real community worth our tax dollars.
Time for a change-
