LOMBARDI ASSOCIATES COORDINATES TREATMENT FOR INJURED WORKER

FAIRFIELD, NJ, Lombardi Associates, experts in case management, cost containment and crisis management, in collaboration with the client’s insurance team, proudly announce Kenneth Black winner of the prestigious “Comp Laude™ Award”.

For nearly 15 years, Kenneth struggled with chronic back pain being
treated with high-dose opiods, a spinal cord stimulator and was essentially home bound. With poor quality of life by his and his family’s standards, he was unable to effectively function, participate in pleasurable activities or in family functions. His wife, Karen, was a tremendous support as she and her family took care of him.

Tracey Lombardi, Owner and Founder of Lombardi Associates, explains, “Like many, Ken simply followed doctors’ orders without question. His activities of daily living were dependent on others. He would need to ride a motorized scooter to a nearby pond to fish.

Now, not only does he not need a scooter, but he works out at the gym every day and encourages others toward the same results. Ken is an example of how being educated, staying positive and sincerely believing in the treatment and himself, can reverse and overcome even 15 years of pain, frustration and despair.”
