Day 1 Results at Morris County Relays

In the 400m hurdles Relay, the trio of Jen Mlynar, Michelle Herrera and Nicole Herrera finished 5th with an overall time of 3:31.38. Jen ran a PR with a time of 1:06.45, good enough for a fourth fastest time of the day. Michelle ran 1:12.19 and Nicole ran 1:12.74.
In the 4x100m relay, the lady red hawks were disqualified due to passing zone violation. While the Boys overcame one bad baton pass and came from behind to win their heat and finished 1st overall in a time of 43.89. Congratulations to the relay of Sheldon Ealy, Josh Crawford, Kwaku Agyemang and Anderson Olave!!
In the field, the Lady Red Hawks finished 10th overall in the shot put. Kathryn Campbell’s mark was 30-05.00, Elena Figueroa – 26-01.25, Liliana Ferrera – 22-09.50
Boys discus relay of Mike Ludwig, Leonard Youssef and John Burk finished 15th. Mike threw a mark of 112-10 while Leonard – 97-04 and John – 72-10.
At the end Day 1, the Lady Red Hawks are in 14th place and Boys are in 7th place.
Day 2 field events begin at 2:30pm and the running events starts at 3pm.
