Motorcyclist Killed In Overnight Crash In Morris County

A 44-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 280 in Parsippany, State Police said.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Interstate 280 in Morris County early Friday, New Jersey State Police said.

According to police spokesperson Detective Jeffrey Lebron, Jason M. Otero, 44, was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle near milepost 0.5 in Parsippany at about 1:15 a.m. when he veered off the road to the left and struck the concrete barrier.

Otero, who was from Livingston, died from his injuries at the scene.

Lebron said that the crash remains under investigation and that there is no further information available.
