Today, I'm sharing an article that shows the neurochemical and cognitive connection between our thoughts on our body and mood.

I'm so thrilled to see the documentation of this phenomenon that I have believed in for a long time, but didn't have the empirical backing!So, there you have it, if you think positively, your body produces positive neurochemicals that further promote positivity. And the like, when you think negatively, your body responds by producing immune suppressing chemicals that further bring you down.
