Our Constitution is not Living but Dead

Trump Administration and his cronies must go; or is the Republic Kaput?

Apparently our so-called Sacred Document the Constitution is a farce. In reality it has not worked for US in a long long time; especially in the realm of Impeachments. Iran-Contra, Iraq War, now this guy!....
HOW COULD WHAT IS TAKING PLACE NOT BE HIGH CRIMES & MISDEMEANORS?
He shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed. A president is not only obligated to execute the laws, even if he or she does not agree with some of their provisions.. Executive orders must implement either an Act of Congress or a provision of the Constitution. Article 2 Section 3.

Then we get a businessman tax evader conman for President that does not believe in government and we see we have no Constitution...We the common are being robbed everyday through our tax dollars that do not serve the necessary and vital functions and principals of good government. Government is the solution not the problem.
Reagan began this hype and sabotage of the Republic. We are a failed Republic run by criminals of finance and tax evasions.

Corporate power evades their responsibility of society by creating their own parallel system within a system, one undermining the common original goal of a better more perfect union of the we the people.
All riches and social advancements or technology came about originally through government subsidies. Now we are made to pay taxes for things not actually necessary for the common good like defense contracts and war as economy, or security but not health care and wellbeing. The common person is demised through his tax obligation and then in addition needs to support movements to maintain common sense and science through additional contributions.

If the constitution's claus for impeachment is a mere political and not a judicial set foundation of civil society then we are a failed experiment. Our founding fathers at least were educated and versed in the history of mankind or civilization and their goal was a better means and ways of administration of government. A better "government" was their intention. We have instead people only concerned with riches and power for powers sake; in effect corporate oligarchs, not civil servants of the public trust.

The Wall we need is the wall between business/corporate power and good government.
The charge of high crimes and misdemeanors covers allegations of misconduct by officials, such as perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty,unbecoming conduct, refusal to obey a lawful order, chronic intoxication, and tax evasion..Please tell US which way is up?
