Par High Girls Soccer Team Drops One to Chatham
Chatham got the goals it needed, says Par High Coach Greg Cleary.
Tough defense from Chatham in the second half prevented the Parsippany High School girls soccer team from mounting a comeback in their game. The Red Hawks fell, 3-1.

Chatham jumped out to an early lead, scoring a goal 10 minutes into the game. However, Par High managed to even things up before the end of the first half. Unfortunately, the second half belonged to Chatham. The Cougars landed two goals in quick succession to give them a lead that the Red Hawks couldn't overcome.

Cynthia Abinader (Parsippany), had nine saves on the goal; Mae Noonan (Parsippany), assisted on the team's goal; Lina Proska (Chatham), accounted for two of the Cougars' goals.
