Parsippany Eyes $3M in Improvements to Knoll West Golf Course

Township would need to bond more than $2.8M, ordinance states.

A slew of upgrades are slated for Parsippany Knoll West Golf Club, and they’ll come with a hefty price tag: $3,006,403.

An ordinance unanimously approved on first reading by the Parsippany-Troy Hills Township Council was fine with the upgrades, and called for issuing bonds for nearly the entire cost.

The council approved $2,856,083 in notes. The entire project would replace the irrigation system at Knoll West, construction of a driving range, drainage improvements, and partial roof replacement at the Banquet Hall, the ordinance states. In addition, the acquisition of a mower, a grinder, tractor attachments, and all work and materials involved are part of the cost.
